Rabbi Yechezkel Auerbach has worked in the kashrus field for thirty five years. His experience covers a broad variety of food preparation issues, ranging from ingredient evaluation to shechita to food service.
His years of hands-on field work, in addition to immersion in the study of food science enables him to constantly bring fresh insights to kashrus concerns.
